This call is so you can share what is going on for you at the moment, ask me any questions you may have, and for us to both explore whether we are a good fit. There is no obligation to begin therapy with me and it might be that this call helps you work out what you want and need. You have the option to select a zoom call or a phone call.
If we conclude that I am the right therapist for you, we'll organise our first session together and I'll send you some paperwork so you can look through it at your leisure or wait for our first session where we can go through it together.
