What's Your Anger Pattern as a Mum?

You're not an 'angry mum'. You just haven't had space to see the pattern yet.

Take the 2-minute quiz and discover your anger pattern. You'll discover the one thing you can start doing today to feel lighter, react differently, and stop worrying you're getting this all wrong.

Why this Quiz?

I know you love your kids.

Every mum I see in therapy for anger does. And I know you're trying so hard to do this well. Maybe you're even trying to break cycles.

And yet...

You're still snapping as you try to get everyone out of the door in time. Still digging your nails into your palms as your child clings to you at bedtime. Still wondering "how much damage am I doing when I get like this?"

You've tried the new routines. They work for a few days, because doing something feels better than doing nothing.

You've tried the gentle parenting scripts. You know how they're supposed to sound. Somehow they still come out through gritted teeth.

You're ready to stop managing it and start actually understanding it.

🌱 To be the mum who laughs more than she grits her teeth.

🌱 Who isn't quietly terrified she's repeating the cycles she grew up in.

🌱 Who ends the day feeling proud of how she showed up.

All of that starts with seeing the pattern behind your reactions.

Hi, I'm Claire

I'm a therapist who specialises in maternal anger, and I've sat with enough mums in my therapy room to know that the ones who end up here aren't the ones who don't care.

They're the ones who care so much it hurts.

I know what it's like to watch yourself react in a way you don't recognise and spend the rest of the day hating yourself for it.

I know what it's like to wonder if you're wired wrong, if therapy can actually help, if anything can actually shift this.

It can. It did for me.

And I've watched it happen for the mums I work with, over and over again.

I hold a PGDip in Counselling & Psychotherapy, I'm NCPS accredited, and I've trained extensively in anger, maternal mental health and somatic approaches...the kind of work that gets underneath the surface and actually changes things.

But more than any qualification, I get it from the inside. And that's why this quiz exists.

I know looking inward can bring up a lot of shame and that critical voice saying "what's wrong with me?" is already loud. So I created this quick quiz as a small but powerful starting place that gives you insight and action straight away.
